I am a lover of truth and life--a thinker and a feeler.  I became a certified personal trainer as a beginning step to learn about the mind body connection.  I've always been passionate about unconventional healing and health.  My tools and gifts are writing, all aspects of communication, and publishing.  I am also a distributor of personalized children's books, please check it out. 

My philosophy: I believe we are integrated beings that require all aspects of the whole to address life challenges. That means our physical, mental, and spiritual must be included in the process if we want to correct an issue at the core with lasting results.

I hope to find "my people" and connect in a way that is beneficial to them and the answers that I desire to unfold.
